With over 30 years of global experience spanning advanced robotics, AI research, and deep-tech innovation, he has dedicated his career to developing intelligent machines that extend human capability and improve quality of life.
Throughout his career, Dr. Sidki has held executive leadership and R&D positions across industry and government, including serving as Chief Technology Officer of RPDC, a subsidiary of Taqnia Holding wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) of Saudi Arabia. In this role, he oversaw national-scale robotics and AI programs, spearheading initiatives that bridged cutting-edge research with commercial and strategic applications. He has worked extensively at the intersection of AI and physical systems, driving innovation in autonomous platforms, robotic manipulation, and system-level integration.
In 2024, he founded NAIM to realize a transformative vision: building general-purpose humanoid robots that combine human-like dexterity with adaptive intelligence. Under his leadership, NAIM is developing scalable, cloud-connected, and reconfigurable robots that can navigate complex environments and perform high-impact tasks across sectors such as advanced manufacturing, logistics, infrastructure, and healthcare.

Dr. Mark Kasuya

Dr. Kasuya is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Nimble AI Mechatronics (NAIM), where he leads the technical vision and engineering execution behind the company’s next-generation humanoid robots. A pioneer in advanced mechatronics and human-machine interfaces, Mark began his robotics career in 2002 and earned his Ph.D. in Engineering a decade later.
He went on to found MELTIN, a deep-tech robotics company, where he led the development of cutting-edge technologies at the intersection of biology and robotics. Under his leadership, MELTIN's medical device business achieved commercial success and was later divested as part of a strategic exit. In 2025, he co-founded Nimble AIM to pursue the broader vision of scalable, general-purpose humanoid robots that combine physical dexterity with AI-driven autonomy.
At NAIM, Mark is driving the development of lightweight, reconfigurable robotic platforms and architecting core systems that bridge human-level motion with real-time learning and adaptation.
